The Got-A-Bite Spring Bobber is designed to be very sensitive. The bobbers allows you to see those light bites; but is durable enough to handle pulling up those large fish. The bobbers are easy to attach. They are attached with (cold) shrink tape. This tape doesn't require heat or glue, it just stretches 2 to 3 times its original length becoming a solid mass when wrapped around the pole. Peel the backing off the tape and wrap it around the rod twice; place the bobber on the tape, and continue to wrap it. The design of the Spring Bobber is such that is doesn't ice up.
